Although I have had my fair share of spam over the years, I have never had this problem before.Mail delivery failed: returning message to sender errors are generally encountered when an intended recipient does not exist on the remote server or you have exceeded the maximum number of failed mail delivery.Do you allow c Panel / Exim to accept those mails or simply discards them. The setting I have used in c Panel is -- "Allow DKIM verification for incoming messages" is disabled And the clients are getting bounced mails like below: #5.0.0 smtp;550-DKIM: encountered the following problem validating email.office.com: 550 signature_incorrect Hi, DKIM provides email authentication to allow a receiving mail server to check if the incoming mail is authentic for the sender domain.A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its recipients. Dear Pak syafriil, kami mendapatkan pesan error saat mengirim email ke alamat [email protected] --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- This is the mail system at host mail.id.

I ran the SPF/DKIM test at https:// on your domain and selector and got the DKIM result "No DNS record found for wws._domainkey.williamswebsolutions.net".

I do see you have a TXT record for DKIM but it is definitely not named correctly. WWSHosting.net#1 in Mail Enable Business-Class Email Hosting - Switch to Williams Web Solutions and get your first 2 months FREE!

The fix is simple enough - your TXT record for DKIM currently has the name whereas it should be named wws._domainkey.in order for DKIM processing to correctly locate the relevant TXT record.

In the outgoing emails we use in our domains SPF DKIM without any problem.
